DO NOT use this shop! If I could give him zero stars, I definitely would, as that is what is deserved. Our mechanic that we normally use referred us to Tom. It all went downhill from there. My 2018 Toyota Highlander was in his possession from the beginning of March for five weeks!! He could not figure out why there were still problems after replacing the transmission. I was referred to this place from a friend after I took it to a different place that told me I had a transmission issue. Well, Tom and his guys found it wasn't a transmission issue, but a loose tire issue. Honest assessment and quick response. What I thought would be thousands, was basically just an inspection fee. Highly recommend on honestly alone!
