My mechanic Preston of over 20 years referred me to Tom. They do not return any calls. Left more than 8 messages but owner doesn’t return calls. They supposedly rebuilt the transmission on my 2004 Lexus LS 430 and supposedly installed a new torque converter installed. Nothing has changed and my Lexus is still not functioning properly. DO NOT use this shop! If I could give him zero stars, I definitely would, as that is what is deserved. Our mechanic that we normally use referred us to Tom. It all went downhill from there. My 2018 Toyota Highlander was in his possession from the beginning of March for five weeks!! He could not figure out why there were still problems after replacing the transmission. After we got the car back, it was good for a little over a month, and then the check engine light came back on. He had to take it back and honor his own warran... read more
