My vw van broke down while in Carlsbad visiting my step brother, I called AAA and the tow truck driver recommended Certified transmission. Even though the job was expensive , I think it was a fair price from calling other repair shops and asking for price. The women Crystal and Cindy where very professional. Van was done on time. I recommend them to anybody wanting to know.

I took my car in to O.T. where the great customer service began as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a gentleman name David. I informed him that I am a return customer & had previous issue's with the transmission. I was extremely worried & was expecting the worse. They were all smiles to start. They rebuilt my 2005 Mustang transmission. When I picked it up and drove away, I noticed a very annoying and obvious rattle coming from under the car that was not there when I took it in. I took it back the next day and had to leave it all day to fix. They said they took care of it, but when I picked it up, it was still there, but maybe 50% less. I had my vehicle towed into Oceanside Transmission today, I was told by a Auto Dealership that I needed a new transmission, after I received a qoute for much less for a transmission than the dealership from Oceanside Transmission I had them tow my vehicle to do the repair. I receive a phone call to hear that the vehicle was done and the charge was $346.03 that I did not need a new transmission just a repair to my own. They are very friendly and honest. Gina M.
