Had transmission serviced in 2015 dodge 2500 and dipstick had no reading when checked, shop was closed at time I picked it up so I called first thing next morning and talked to 3 different people about it. "Not a big deal" they told me. Ended up adding 4.5 quarts myself.

They put their diagnostic fee towards your final bill if you decide to have them do the work. beforeThey rebuilt an F-150 transmission for a friend of mine more than 5 years ago, and he's never had an issue.
