I would recommend them over any other transmission shops in town PERIOD!!! It's depressing that the transmission is needed to be rebuilt and knowing it's going to be costly... but once it got done I was happy with it, Until something else went wrong on it again and they definitely took care of the issues quickly. they took care of me and I know I made the right choice to choose do business with them repaired my transmission. I'll definitely go back to them again. Thanks guys ❤️
We had our 2017 Ford Escapes transmission repaired this may and may I say the way we were treated was more than the money. this is the friendly strait shooters you would take your mammas car to. Certified Transmission is what it says and what it means 💯

The mechanical work here is good. I had my Pontiac's transmission completely rebuilt, and the car has been running well ever since. The technicians clearly know what they are doing when it comes to major repairs. However, the customer service needs improvement. The man answering the phone when I called was rude and seemed unable/unwilling to handle anything while the secretary was away. I’m giving four stars because the quality of the repair was great, even if the service experience was frustrating and dismissive.
So far so good, I just installed it after having them rebuild it.
