Terry and the team were super helpful with getting me a new transmission. My car had been at another shop for 2 months and I needed more than just a “quick fix”. They helped us find a great option and financing as well. Can’t recommend enough, and they’re always there to call when you need questions answered. My car is running great!

Terry is great! Customer service is second to none. He took his time and explained all my available options and the pros and cons of each. Dropped my Ram 3500 dually off on Monday and they had it back to me on Thursday. It drives and shifts better now than it ever did. Dont waste your time and money going anywhere else.

I paid Certified Transmission $109 for initial inspection and diagnostics on my transmission, the result of which was a recommendation to replace the transmission with a remanufactured transmission at a cost of $8500. I subsequently discovered a service bulletin issued by the manufacturer describing the the problem and repair.
