Terry and the team were super helpful with getting me a new transmission. My car had been at another shop for 2 months and I needed more than just a “quick fix”. Just wanted to take a moment to review Certified Transmission of Blue Springs. I could’ve sworn I did back in 2021 when they replaced our Acadia’s transmission (literally one month after we paid it off), but apparently I never did. I paid Certified Transmission $109 for initial inspection and diagnostics on my transmission, the result of which was a recommendation to replace the transmission with a remanufactured transmission at a cost of $8500. I subsequently discovered a service bulletin issued by the manufacturer describing the the problem and repair.
