Jeff is very dishonest. I bought a transmission from him that did not work from day one, no 3rd gear or overdrive. Brought it to him to have it fixed under the warranty and for 4 months he gave me excuse after excuse as to why he hadn't fixed it yet. I finally went down to his shop unannounced and found my truck had been broken into and $2k+ worth of vandalism and theft done to my truck. He never notified me or the police of the break-in. My brother paid him for transmission and torque converter, owner will not return calls, parts paid for are not available, money has disappeared, guy is a thief. Too shady, a veteran owned company should not act like this, when you dodge phone calls, and won't return money deposited, or deliver the parts promised it shows a lack of character, this guy has no honor.
They did great with our vehicle and turned it around quickly. However, my mom is having difficulty getting her van back in a timely manner and getting in contact with them. I had recommended them to her because of our service. Now I feel bad on how this played out for her. Not sure what happened to have it go this way.
