I can't say enough great things about this transmission shop. It has a very good reputation in the Independence area. It is like taking your car to a doctor. The shop is super clean and the employees are very well versed in the technical aspects of transmissions. The cost of a new transmission was only slightly higher than that of a salvage one. Don't trust your vehicle to anyone else. I dealt with a gentleman named James. Ask for him and you will be treated the way customers used to be treated.

I have taken my second vehicle to certified transmission! My mechanic recommended them to me for my old Chevy pickup. I later bought a beautiful Acura mdx with all the bells and whistles! It ran great but had a bad transmission! I paid very little for my Acura but had great confidence in certified transmission that I knew they could fix it. They did an excellent job. I now have about a $13,000.00 auto that when all is said and done I have spent about $5600.00!!
