I had a specific informational inquiry as part of the title search that was time-sensitive. I asked if they could look into it first even though the rest of the title search could be done later. I was told they would only answer it at the time the search was completed, which was ridiculous. It was very hard to get in touch with the person doing my title search and the date they said earlier was overdue. I’d say Certified Title did the job they advertise but they didn’t go the extra mile.
Courtney made this happen. She worked harder than me, the realtor, the sellers, the bankers PERIOD. Every step of the way she was the one with the answers that made sense and put me at ease. Kind, professional, empathetic, and never once in the process did she make me feel she would rather be done with me and move on.
