Not sure if it’s the fault of this specific location or if it’s just a tire choice problem, but I made an appointment for some tires and got off work early to give them enough time to complete the job since they close at 6pm. I show up and they don’t have the tires I made the appointment for. So now I have to come back the next day to get my tires replaced. Customer service is not great or I wouldn’t even say good. Had an ongoing TPMS issue. They did the diagnostics and identified the valve while I waited but there was a queue so I left and returned an hour later. I didn't have much time as I had to get to big bear for a wedding but got the problem solved while I waited. No drama, just plain good ol' fashioned customer service. Thankyou.
Great shop, very professional, honest, and repairs were done correctly and efficiently. When calling, hit extension 2 and you will be able to talk to the shop direct instead of going thru a scheduling process. Thank you Rodney and Jeremy, job well done!
I’ve taken my car here a couple times Today I went because my car has been leaking oil and I was already stressing the worst outcome. Turns out the oil cap was loose from a previous oil change (not done by them). Unfortunately in today’s world it’s hard to trust people, I am so grateful for their honesty and not trying to price gouge me into having to “buy parts etc”. I will continue to bring my business to Tire Choice.
