I went in for an oil change and they did it in about 2 hours which was fine, I went across and ate at Chili's while they did it. What bothers me is that they asked for my social and I gave it to him not really thinking too much about it. Well the next day I get an email from Credit Karma saying my credit dropped because some company ran my credit score. Why would a tire shop run my credit? And I just got an oil change, that's it! My experience with Ramona tire was great Martha the store manager was awesome got me in right away got me what I needed and on my way.Awesome new tire shop to have in the community
I needed a tire repaired before morning, and was pleasantly surprised they were open until 6 PM. I was greeted courteously and speedily dealt with paperwork. By signing up for the rewards/credit card (no fees), I paid nothing! Within about 40 minutes from start to finish, 30 minutes for the repair, I was on my way home, and sold as a customer. Free refrigerated water, a play area for kids in the waiting room with TV for adults. They're obviously customer-oriented.
We were visiting from out of town and had a screw in our tire. We stopped at Ramona Tire on La Paz without an appointment and they took care of us right away. It was so nice to have someone help without a long wait and get us back on the road so quickly. Huge Kudos to Ramona Tire!
The only tire shop I have visited with this car was Ramona Tires for an initial alignment in August of 2015. There is no way the bolt could have been broken in that span of time. This shop is liable for my broken bolt, they may have over tightened with impact gun that has caused the bolt to break off. The bolt was cross threaded (stripped). Instead Nader told me that the Lug Nut was broken due expansion of heat over time. very fair in pricing, they will not over charge, or say something needs fixing that does not.
My experience was great, had great service very friendly and very honest with me on what my truck i am definitely coming back.
Great shop I love it here.
