I've been coming here for car maintenance (and unfortunate surprises) for years. The staff is ALWAYS nice, and so are the mechanics. They never try to upsale you or get you to buy things. If they tell you there's things you can do and you say no thanks, they don't push. I also VERY MUCH APPRECIATE that I'm never talked down or condescended to, or "mansplaned" to, like so many auto places tend to do when a woman walks through the door.
