The Desk Rep was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. I needed air in a tire, she walked out immediately, checked the tire, found the nail, and I let her know I get free tire patches at Sam’s Club, and she was as kind to add air to my tire, and said, “okay, drive safe. My experience was very enjoyable the staff the on duty Manager Ginna customer service was excellent she was very courteous very detailed in the service they were providing I felt very satisfied on the parts abd labor the estimated time was great they made me like they cared more about my vehicle than i did and also notice that other customers also received the same excellent treatment as i did it was very impressive i have one my new auto shop 😀 and i will.most definitely recommend to my family and friends GREAT JOB guys.
