I have been coming here for over 10 years and I won't take my cars anywhere else. Rodney, the manager, offers great customer service. All employees are friendly and helpful.
Came in for an oil change. They “diagnosed” a leaking water pump and quoted me approximately 5 grand to replace and repair. Took it to my mechanic and he confirmed there was no leak. Shady business practices by Tire Choice and will not be returning.
The beared guy in the front, was rude , not a people person. The shop guys were great . Very helpful and respectful. He should not be in the office representing your company. That's bad business for you guys.
