Tire Choice is by far the best tire store I have ever experienced and it is all because of Scott, who clearly is always striving for excellence in customer service and all that he does. He is also an organizational master. I will never use another tire resource other than Tire Choice becaaue they are simply the best, and they achieve that prestigious rating Becasue of Scott, man who cares deeply for his customers and shows it in his excellence in execution of his stellar recommendations based on quality for great value
I have rarely met a gem of a person like Scott. He was so helpful and accommodating and nice. Like genuinely nice and wants to help people. I called him at 8:30 in the morning and he was able to get me a drop off same day. I brought my vehicle in around 11am fully ready to Lyft home, but he was able to get my car in right away with Dmitry, who got my car done before his lunch break (it probably ate into his lunch break) and I was out of there by 12:20pm.
