Scott is very professional and knows the tire business well. He got the exact tires I needed for my 2014 Ram and matched what the factory put on. He knows his stuff and is very professional. His followup is spot on, got me the tires I needed and they arrived at the facility when he promised.
Our most recent was an unplanned visit, owing to an unexpected issue. Scott and the team treated us, as always, with exemplary customer service. Went above and beyond to ensure that not only were our specific automotive concerns addressed. But all of our personal questions were answered. The staff were so kind and helpful. I was in and out in less than an hour and paid less than I had expected! I couldn’t have asked for anything more.
I was originally recommended this place by my brother, he mentioned how Scott has very good customer service, however he wasn’t there both times. I Bought a brand new set of tires from here and couple weeks later one of the tires begins to have a a valve stem leak. I bring my car back to them over an hour before closing and talked to tire technician and he said he could look at it.
