Brought 2 cars in for an oil change. America, the Asst. Manager did a great job explaining and taking care of us. Will definitely be coming back.
I was a walk-in, but was able to have my tire (had a screw in it, needed to be patched) worked on right away. The staff was very personable and communicative. I'll definitely be back

Very disappointing experience. Tire Choice Auto Service Centers (Concord) broke all four of my wheel center hub caps during service on December 19, 2025, and promised to order replacements. After weeks of waiting and checking in, I never received a single update. It’s obvious they had no intention of fixing their own mistake. Extremely unprofessional and poor customer service. I do not recommend this place.
