⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an awesome experience at this tire shop thanks to Angel, the service advisor. I came in needing some quick work done! Removing the TPMS sensors and fixing a valve stem that was loose and not holding air. Angel took care of everything efficiently and made sure the job was done right. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. They were a preferred installer via tire agent. They seemed understaffed, but they got the job done before close of business (same day). Other than a long wait time, I have no complaints.
Location is convenient for me. But I feel the service center is way understaffed. Causing it to be very slow to get anything done or for them to even answer the phone.
I had an excellent experience at Tire Choice. The manager was so helpful and yet she was professional at all times. Every person that I met on the staff made sure I was able to get a new tire and back on the road as quickly as possible.
