I was in desperate need of a tire an I rolled in Tire Choice. I told Roman about my situation. Leaving to Pismo Beach an I was scared of getting a flat tire. It was getting late an he told me he had the tire. So disappeared for no more than 30 mins or less, It was done. He was very polite an calmed my stress down to none. Thank you Roman I'm letting everyone I know where to go get tire service at.
Another place where customer service went a long way. I was unable to complete the follow-up repair, but they were sure to reach out and make sure I was well taken care of by their fellow umbrella shop ( my silly foreign car). Outstanding followup and consistency. For routine work, absolutely awesome!
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my car, I noticed they had not rotated my tires. I pointed it out to the attendant, and he asked for my keys and told me he would take care of it right away and it would be another 10 minutes. I would not recommend this location for car maintenance.
