Beware of this place. Went there for quick tire fix. Tire only had 23k miles on it and they will not change a nail that went in and only if they change tire for almost $500. So I went to nearby place and they fixed for $35. Just be careful and will never go here for any kind of service ever again. Good luck
I only needed, only asked for, and only had the time for an oil change. They had no other customers so it certainly looked like I should have been in and out quickly with an oil change. After taking far too long I finally went outside to see if my car was even being worked on at all. I was seriously thinking of just leaving because I had already run out of time. Made the mistake of calling ahead and scheduling an appointment. Called at 12:35 earlier today (12/29/24) and made an appointment for around an hour later at 1:30pm. Just got here and was told they didn’t have any mechanics available and their one tech was on lunch and wouldn’t be back for another hour. No apology, no attempt to offer any solution, no explanation other than “well it goes to a call center” and apparently they weren’t even aware of the appointment.
