I had an extremely negative experience at this shop. I called ahead and asked how much it would cost to repair a tire with a nail in it. The person on the phone quoted me $40 and told me I could come in right away. When I arrived, the front desk told me it would actually be $60. After I pushed back and mentioned the phone quote, he lowered it to $45—already a red flag. Despite being told to “come now,” I was then told it would be a 90-minute wait. This location may have changed management over the past year or so. Lately when we have gone in for basic services like a tire rotation, the team has told us that are brakes are worn down past the manufactures guidelines, which was false for both of our cars. When I went there n they told me my brake pads needed to be changed. When my wife took her car in, they told her the entire brake system needed to be replaced. We took both cars to our dealer and the dealer showed us that there was no problem whatsoever. It erodes trust... read more
