Got a nail in my tire and came in to have it fixed. Ruben took care of everything quickly and professionally. I was basically in and out. Great customer service, fast work, and overall a really smooth experience. Can’t beat that! Highly recommend.
This is one of the best tire shops in Castro Valley and I always come here whenever I have tire issues. The staff are very friendly and the service is great.
First, I must say the front desk service was excellent—warm, enthusiastic, and patient. However, the professionalism of the mechanics was simply appalling. I had four new tires replaced and a four-wheel alignment done here, but the steering wheel was still crooked after three attempts. Then, the car started shaking at 60 miles per hour. I went back to my Lexus dealership for a readjustment and was told the tires weren't installed correctly. I experienced a flat tire on Sunday afternoon (1st one in my Honda CRV). The car had to be towed (no spare provided) and Tire Choice Auto Service Center was open. I needed 4 tires because it is an AWD. The service manager efficiently determined the best replacement tires and ordered them for Monday morning, securing my car inside their shop overnight. The car was ready before 12noon on Monday as promised.
Friendly, helpful, honest crew at the shop. Great personal customer service - Stephanie over the phone and Steven in person! Really nice people who care about their customers. Definitely recommend!!
