This tire spot has good people and great service. Max was very helpful, I was able to take a flat tire for a patch and mount it back on to the vehicle. Just like any other place there’s a wait for the work and not be rushed. They also allowed me to personally view parts I asked to check for walked me through the vehicle pointed out things that were good and some stuff to look out for in the future. Price was worth the service and help given.
Exceptional customer service! There is a high level of professionalism and knowledge among all members of the staff To ensure that you understand what is going on with your car, they take the time to explain what is happening and what they intend to accomplish Ever , Andrew and I forgot the other one but they’re the best! I’m giving this place two stars, and I’ll explain why. I came to Tire Choice Auto Service Center for what should’ve been a quick fix—a nail in my tire. Normally, any average neighborhood mechanic can have that patched up in under five minutes. But here? It took over 50 minutes. Now let me be clear—Max was phenomenal. I’m leaving this place in tears. I called this location when my car was leaking oil. It was a simple oil change but I ended up without my car for 2 1/2 days because they took so long and lost my keys!!! I would never come back to a place that charged more than $100 for this simple service and completely took advantage of my desperation. ___________ Look- I was upset. Upon further reflection- it was still expensive, but they handled everything decently well.
