Went in to get spark plugs changed on my car today and got quoted a $130 lower price over the phone than when I arrived, but we got it back to the original quoted price. We'll when they took my car back and started to proceed working on it, the guy comes back and tells me he can't do it he doesn't have the tool (well he said he did, but it was at his house and he wasn't gonna go home and get it). I have been coming here for over 10 years as it is in my neighborhood and convenient to walk back from after dropping off my cars but I'm done using them. They have a new manager named Cameron and his customer service skills are completely lacking. I brought my truck in to have a new battery put in. As I was leaving I noticed black marks all over my drivers seat as if the service guy got in after wiping his hands off on his butt and then got all the grease, tire dust, dirt, or whatever all over my seat.
