Great shredder and reasonably priced weve gone many times and still will. My only complaint was i showed up at 11am on a Friday 2 hours before they close at 1 and nobody was there. I went around back and rung the bell and nobody was there either thus why im rating 4 stars. Other than that tho i highly recommend

Our ER utilizes this company to take care of our patient documents and I would not recommend them! The customer service is atrocious. They are supposed to be scheduled to come every Monday and never seem to show up. We have to call constantly for additional appointments.They NEVER empty every bin and you have to hunt them down to get them to do their job. When they do show up, they are rude and dismissive to staff. We constantly have bins overflowing due to their laziness. When asked to empty specific overflowing bins, they ... read more
