Our ER utilizes this company to take care of our patient documents and I would not recommend them! The customer service is atrocious. They are supposed to be scheduled to come every Monday and never seem to show up. We have to call constantly for additional appointments.They NEVER empty every bin and you have to hunt them down to get them to do their job.
