Matt is without a doubt the best tech I have ever worked with from any vendor that I have reached out to for client support. While onsite with a client in their new location we needed help to get the previous tenants settings reset for my client. I'm not one to give 5 star rating often ad you can see in my reviews but the service and support we received getting our system up and operating was excellent. Our technician stayed after hours and went the extra mile to assure we were setting up the system from the start to comply with future security improvements on the horizon. Their gaurds are discourteous, unprofessional and tend to look and act more like criminals then security professionals. A security company should be protecting your assets not being liabilities. If you are looking for professional asset protection services that will add value to your business? Pick another company these people are definitely not who you want associated with your good name or business, in any capacity.
