I’ve used this company multiple times. The first visit was excellent—prompt, professional, and the work was done right. Unfortunately, my second experience was disappointing. A different technician dismissed the issue I called about and spent hours troubleshooting something unrelated. In the end, it turned out I was right, but no repairs were made, and I was still charged.
