Well worth the wait to have the roof of my Queensland cottage repaired. The job had some unique challenges. Mick and the team from Certified Roofing exceeded my expectations every step of the way. No problem was too big to solve. Thank-you
They are currently redoing the roofs in our condo association. Just found out they were using our electricity without our knowledge or permission. Entered our lanai without our knowledge or permission. We don't get free electricity here. They're also very messy. Their empty drinking bottles in our yard everywhere.
I called them and was told they would contact me within a few days to follow up for an estimate. I never received a call back. I then called back a week later and was told the same thing and again they never made contact. I called a third time, leaving a message for a third attempt and never received a call back. I was surprised they had good reviews about customer service when all I got was lip service. Very disappointed. They must be on "island time".
Waited weeks for an appointment, then waited hours for the representative for that appointment. Didn’t show. No word from him. I’ll use someone else!
Highly unsatisfied. Our condo association hired this company and we asked before our roof was repaired what measures were expected to remove all nails from the front lawns where we walk with our dogs. My spouse stepped on one nail and luckily it did not go through the sole, another punctured one of our bicycle tires. In all 5 nails were found and I wish I could upload pictures of them all. Calls to Carlos were not returned and one call the associate ended up hanging the phone up on me.
