I had a great experience with Certified Restoration. Brian communicated well and was patient with my requests. I’m very particular about my expectations and the pros at CR did a great job at meeting them all. At the end of the project CR brought in an excellent cleaning crew that left my property clean and smelling good, providing a nice touch. I recommend this company.

Brian was excellent to work with. He responded quickly and was able to come out the next day to begin work on mold removal and remediation. He was upfront and honest regarding work needed and estimates. Always kept in communication during the process. Would definitely hire again.

I’ve paid him $20000 to end up with NOTHING fixed and a room that has been rendered unusable for nearly 6 months. I’ve had a 40 ft ladder laying as a trip hazard in my basement for longer! I’ll post more pictures soon. BEWARE.

Brian and his team did a great job at our house. We had a leak and it required some drywall to be cut out and replaced. You can't even tell where the old drywall was. The paint job was perfect. They were prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them.
