Jacob was awesome and professional. He clearly communicated with us on our project which was a complete change in our plumbing for our primary bathroom. We had him perform the rough in work for our new shower, sinks and toilet. Amazing work in an older home!
He took the time to help me turn off my dishwasher to prevent damage while over the phone and gave me direction for who to call. I will definitely be calling them back when I have our next plumbing issue.
Very easy to get in contact with someone at Cowboy Certified. Estimate was very reasonable. Jacob stayed in constant contact with me until the job was complete. Quality install! They had to cut a hole in our ceiling to get to some of the tubing that needed to be replaced and some plumbing companies don't repair the hole. This was does and I can't tell that there was a hole there after the job was complete.
We had a shoddy sump pump (check valve) installation and it ended up spewing half the water into a corner of the finished room. Contractor asked us to work with a remediation company to inspect & clean up before he could begin works. Neighbor recommended Cowboy Certified KC based on their recent incident. Called them in the morning and the technician arrived the same day to inspect the affected area and inform us that the damage was NOT significant enough to require their service. He is very knowledgeable, sharing his opinion while also educating us and addressing the root of the problem. He gave us his advice even though it didn’t create business for himself.
