I wouldn't waste my time and energy working for this company who doesn't want to pay their employees. Too much favortism.

New Management don't know how to run the production floor, he spy on workers making it on-comforable. With Work orders they rushes and then get stuck at Q.A line. Total Bad communication with lack of support. Parts always order with little quality. Management favors certain workers. The Work orders don't have dates when needed by. Always last minute.

Stay away from this company, terrible product quality and terrible management. I saw how bad everything is for myself. I would know, I got unfairly and inappropriately let go Monday! (05/01/23) I was told my explanation didn't matter and was told I couldn't explain myself. I was told I couldn't even say goodbye so I couldn't invite my work colleagues to my wedding..I got escorted out as if I'm a terrible person and I was treated as such. Great work, great price, great timing, and AWESOME customer service! In January, I needed to have the driveshaft rebuilt for my truck. I am a home handyman, and not a professional mechanic or from any other business that buys a lot of their products, but Certified Power treated me as if I were their most valued customer.
