Whenever I have a problem with my pool, I call Lance at Certified Pools of Eustace, Texas. They always respond promptly repair the problem immediately. Two years ago, I had an electrical problem with my pool equipment. Lance came out later that day, made the repair, and had my pool back and running in less than 30 minutes. Yesterday, I called Certified Pools because the heater on my spa was not working. I left a message but Debbie called me back within 10 minutes. She scheduled an appointment for the following day. Lance does excellent work and does what he says he'll do. Our pool was a mess and he cleaned and repaired all our equipment for a very reasonable price and very quick. Thank you certified pool!!
