I am very late on giving this positive review, my fault! Better late than never ! I wanted to mention I had service done back on January 31, 25 - young man’s name was Tyler Stone- His professionalism and personality was above and beyond ! took care of my plumbing needs and taught me a lot. Thank you Tyler!!!
First, Tyler the tech did a good job and is a nice guy. Unfortunately, the owner is not transparent in his pricing which will leave you in the situation we just encountered. The estimate had 3 jobs , none of which were broken out in price. I dropped one of the most time consuming jobs and replaced it with a very simple low time allocated job, expecting a large credit. Instead the bill went from $1216 to $1066 I was stuck because this was shared after the work was done and repeated attempts to get the right work priced. Do no... read more
