Bad Company Servpro in Albuquerque, referred Certified to remove my new $800. water heater so they could repair walls from water damage caused by water softener system. Certified sent out their plumber and he damaged the unit with dents and deep scratches so it looks like junk. I was not at the home when unit was removed. Servpro employee helped with removal of tank. After Certified removed the unit and saw the damage, they moved the unit back in position and reconnected a few pipes and took a picture. Bad experience with Certified Plumbing I had a terrible experience with Certified Plumbing of Albuquerque and I would not recommend them for any repairs. I called and setup an appointment with them to look at a leaking faucet. The plumber showed up and after explaining the problem he went ahead and before I could see what he was doing the supply line to the faucet was broken and he could not put the faucet back on. Don't use My daughter had previously used with success but our history with them is quite different. We hired for large job refrigerated air and tankless water heater. They broke the gas meter and we had to have PNM come out and repair which added several days and then the electrician they use came through my ceiling in living room and the patch they did is awful and the electrician also cut the line for my doorbell and didn't tell anyone. My husband had to repair. Save yourself time and grief
