My son and I were very pleased. They were here on time and they were very efficient. They explained in detail what they did and they explained why the problem occurred. They were great. Thank you.
Ronald was great. Discovered a shower leak behind the wall at 11pm or so. I called after shutting down the water. He got back to me the same night and was here promptly in the moning and executed the fix. Able to shower again in less than 24 hours, and this on a Sunday.
Main water valve stem broke. Water dripping on to wall and carpet. Called and they were out within in less than hour. Came in and knocked it out. Cleaned up after the work was done. I even requested more work from them because of their great work and professionalism. Got my invoice and shook hands. 10/10 would recommend.
