Placed an order for a phone 6/22. It's currently 7/11and I have not received an email that the order has shipped. No tracking number received although a confirmation email stated it would ship UPS (with a $27 shipping fee) Followed up with an email yesterday, no response. Called customer service- voice message. I'll update my review should I hear back. If not I'll be reporting this company to the BBB.
