From the sound of other reviewers, this business owner should likely seek work elsewhere as it is a sub-optimal and non-productive environment. Maybe a job not requiring the owner to a. show up on time, or b. work with other individuals.

A man showed up at our house in Alberta Beach area, I watched him walk around my yard threw my camera and then spent maby 3 minutes spraying the area and left I looked out on Monday and the wasps are still thair they told me if I saw signs of life to call them back so we did and they sead they would be out Thursday we called them today and the girl acted confused and then sead thure was a family emergency, we read the other reviews but thought hey we will give them a try and well luckily he didn't even send an invoice so we ... read more

Horrible company insult customers late and don't show up horrible customer service they should be shut down like they don't even get rid of the problem

I submitted an edit to correct the error. I live on this street and see no signs that reflect an official business is being conducted from the residence, nor any signage or any other label displayed in regards to it existing. So if techs live there, so be it, I do outside sales positions and I sometimes work and do demos within the grove, and I by no means am by that coincidence, operating a business from my home.

Called this company for a quote. They answered as "Pest in the City". They are located in Edmonton and not in Spruce Grove, they are not a local company as cited on google maps nor their name "Spruce Grove Pest Control". Will not be getting my business that's a VERY misleading business practice!
