Certified eliminated my problem where others could not! I think the other guys wanted to keep coming back because I used 3 different companies for 4 years. After 1 visit it was if I never had a problem. To be honest, I did have to have a follow up about 3 months later but it was minor and he just charged me a chemical fee.
