A lady from CPP called us, portraying herself as one of our customers (we know our customers personally) and said she was being audited and needed a copy of her statement ASAP. We knew it wasn't her, asked her to verify her social, and she did! We immediately called our customer, who said she had been harassed by this company for weeks.
