This company is a skilled scam - no one to talk to, no communication other than a chat AI - tried canceling my item, locked my CC and they charged it the day before - no shipping, did not receive any parts or anything about canceling - stay away from this site

I contacted them with a hard to find part they informed me it has been discontinued and gave me info on who I might be able to find the part from, from the last distributors who bought the part very helpful!!!

We had a very disappointing experience ordering from Certified-Parts.com. We ordered two specific magnetrons (2M214-19) and received a "replacement." The picture clearly shows that it is not a -19. One had an out-of-box failure because it did not pass the pre-installation electrical checks (it did have an attached sticker indicating they tested it before shipment).
