Worst experience ever dealing with a Mortgage Broker. We had used this company 3 years ago with very few problems. This time was a different story. We had 3 months closing due to the sellers not having there new house competed. CMP stated that everything was on track for the closing, when in fact it was not. Ashley Stockrahm, at your Palm Bay location, was NOT helpful with my daughter's mortgage application. She basically BAILED on her at the last minute, and left my husband obligated to provide a huge down payment, for a loan that THEY suddenly were NOT eligible for, until they had lived in Palm Bay for 6 months! When the 6 months were over, they were told they had to apply for down payment assistance on their own...and were NOW only approved for $90,000, not the $140,000 as previously promised.
