Molly was great! Very fun, informative, helpful. Hands down best experience I’ve had with anyone in customer service over the phone.
I was informed incorrectly about switching doctors. Now it has caused issues in purchasing medication. After they have collected 175$. Not very happy or helpful. I should have stayed with my doctor instead of switching.
