I recently attempted to contact Chris Brown @Certified Laboratories regarding a consulting request, and the experience was extremely disappointing. When I first called, I was met with an abrupt “just email” before the representative hung up on me. After sending the email as instructed, I eventually received a call back to our main line, but the interaction was no better.
