They have a good selection of products with different value categories. I have purchased and sold some of my jewelry here. I feel they are very customer oriented and the salespeople have been very welcoming and helpful.
Stopped by a couple days ago because I had two watches that I needed fixed. It said watch repair on the side of the window, so I walked in. One needed to be fitted and battery replaced, and another just battery replacement. Soon as I walked in, one lady at the counter told me “we don’t do repair, or battery replacement” so WHY do you have REPAIR on your business? I went here to try and sell a gold necklace. Henry offered me $700 less from my first offer. I don’t recommend going here to sell gold jewelry. They do not offer the best prices for the value.
This jewelry store is not honest, do not go here. I had a beautiful piece of jewelry that's been in my family and went to sell it, got an offer didn't like it then we t to a different guy and got 7 hundred more. There a joke
