Bought a ring for 1000 about 6 month later we decided we wanted a different one. Come to find out the ring is only worth about $200. They are a complete scam. I would NOT get any jewelry here at all. The people here are nice. The owner is not and the business does not take care of their customers. Stay away! Go see Scott at Park shore jewelry and coin he is the best

Very reputable place, they performed some jewelry repair on 2 rings, and everything went smoothly, prices were fair and repairs were perfect! I highly recommend Certified Jewelers!!

I went into Certified Jewelers in Naples today to see about selling some gold. I was getting three estimates and this was my second stop. Henry (owner) started looking at my gold. I told him I was looking for the best price and he was my second stop. He asked, "what's the first price you got?" I said, "I'm not telling you that". He said, "I can't waste my time if you might not sell to me". As he talked, he started looking at the gold anyway. He told me he'd offer $5000.
