I took their PCSR designation course it was 4 days, I thought it would be better since I knew nothing about insurance. I was right the instructor made insurance easy to understand and I wasnt overwhelmed by the material. Diana Fink was my instructor and she was great, she kept my attention with her funny stories and made the concepts easy to understand.

This is an excellent school. The CPSR class is only 3 days and you automatically get your 440 (Customer Service) license. This sure made it easy to get a job in the industry.Thanks Diana!
