I have come here for years, but went to the dealership upon their recommendation for a specific issue and only recently returned when I needed my 30,000 mile maintenance. It's good to be back. Not only do I trust certified's repairs more, they beat the dealership price significantly. I appreciate that they have always been straight up with me and I will definitely be back as needed.
The employees at Certified II go above and beyond to assure that any service or repair is done well and in a timely manner. Cody does a great job explaining what is needed, as well as any work that has been completed. I have used this shop for my KIA services and repairs for many years and highly recommend them. They work with my extended warranty company and have saved me a lot of money.
