I’m a wildland firefighter and I think they assumed I make a lot of money because their price gouging was insane! I went to their store for hydraulic hose and fittings for an engine I’m building and they didn’t have anything I needed in stock so I wrote down exactly what I needed and asked them to call me with a quote asap. 4 days go by, I tried calling each day too with no returned calls, and finally they get me a quote for over $3k and a $175 “research fee” and $300 “labor fee” neither of which did they tell me about up fr... read more

The worst shop ever. We are here cleaning up from the hurricane. Went here for a hose and all they did was price gouge. Wanted 3, 1ft hoses made and she wanted to charge $362. She even was measuring the hoses with the fittings on. What a ripoff. Plus she’s rude as hell. Don’t waste your time there. I drove another hour down south to my service trailer and made the hoses myself.
