Horrible service. I talked to a worker/owner, did not get the name, on the phone and he agreed to come today to take a look at my hot tub because it was not working. He arrived and was not in a good mood and was very rude. He went to my in ground hut tub and it’s clear that the hot tub is empty because it will not retain water. He tells me he won’t go under the deck to fix it. Then tells me I have to fill up my hot tub to see where the leak is. Appointment was made very easily and scheduled for the next day. Received a phone call 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time to inform me that another job was taking much longer than anticipated which I totally understand. Asked about rescheduling and said he’d have to look at his board later that evening. My asking for another appointment seemed like an inconvenience to him. Six days later still no phone call back.
