Good rates and thoroughly does the job as estimated. one thing lacking is communication. I've sent several messages since December 2018 about other jobs, but no replies. I just hope he's ok

I called John regarding a repair to our popup. He doesn't work on foldup campers, but he still took the time to call me back. Then spent maybe 15 minutes giving me leads to other shops that might help me, made suggestions as to how to fix our problem ourselves and provided me with a lot of information about service and maintenance. I've never had an RV into their shop but given his level of customer service with no expectation of money nor even future business, I have to give Certified Honest RV 5 stars.
John was great to work with. He kept us informed was considerate and honest every step of the way plus his work was top quality. So happy with our camper after he was done and look forward to working with him in the future.
John came out today and sealed the roof on our new to us Antigua!!! He did a great job at a great price!! Nice to find someone you can do business with that you know stands behind their work and is pleasant to deal with!!! He is officially out Go To Camper Dude!!! Thanks John!!!
