Great communication and professional service. Same-day report was provided. I really like that the treatments used are based on scientific evidence and best-practice guidelines. I highly recommend this business.
I had a disappointing experience. The service was slow, communication was poor, and the issue was not resolved despite multiple follow-ups. I expected a much more professional experience. I hope the business improves its customer service and responds to customer concerns more effectively.
Highly recommend Certified Home Inspections. The team arrived on time, were very friendly, and picked up issues we would never have noticed ourselves. Honest advice and fantastic customer service.
I recently used Certified Home Inspections and was really impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The inspector arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and provided a thorough report the same day. They pointed out issues I wouldn’t have noticed and gave helpful advice on how to address them. Highly recommend their services to anyone buying a home!
Kris was very professional and helpful - highly recommended
