Is this place a scam? I called to get info about nursing care options for a parent. I got an AI bot named Tracy. I said "I want to speak to a real person" - Tracy the bot kept saying she was a real person. Lie. Then insisted I was interested in a facility tour. I never said that. I finally got put through to leave a voice mail. No one ever called back. This seems like a shady operation. Beware!
