I had a few small jobs , certified handyman did a great job Responded to all my texts and questions along the way He fixed an old drawer that had come apart He fixed a tile trim piece around my fireplace. He gave me a price upfront and then stuck to that price even when I kept adding little small things to the order. I am a little picky and he was good at communicating. Unreliable time waster. My first clue should have been when Gunn Patel no-showed for our consultation appointment and had to reschedule multiple times. Once we finally did the consult (which was nearly 1 hour), I was impressed with Gunn's ideas on several projects I have and looked forward to working with him. He asked me to send an email listing out the various projects so he could quote them, which I did. I never got the quote.
