Unreliable time waster. My first clue should have been when Gunn Patel no-showed for our consultation appointment and had to reschedule multiple times. Once we finally did the consult (which was nearly 1 hour), I was impressed with Gunn's ideas on several projects I have and looked forward to working with him. He asked me to send an email listing out the various projects so he could quote them, which I did. I never got the quote. We've been so fortunate to find Gunn. He's an honest and skilled contractor who never cuts corners. He recently replaced sections of siding on our house and we are very happy with the results.
