Excellent technician. Outstanding work
Customer Service is extremely poor. I would go 9-10 days without hearing anything about my parts. Once an appointment was made, no one showed up to install, no one called me with an update or to reschedule. Almost 2 hours after the appointment time I called and they finally gave me an excuse. I was very upset because I sat at home waiting with for no one to show up. Very nice people and prompt service and on time service call, they claimed I needed a sensor and they were filling in service calls for Hess fitness. They were waiting for information on my treadmill then Hess fitness tech was back on the job and came by and he cleaned the sensor instead of claiming a repair. Hess fitness tech was able to diagnose and fix with his expertise. Unfortunately it cost me 200$ for a misdiagnosis. 1 star ⭐ service.
