A steam clean was booked for $149 for my sectional. It was a brand new sofa that was stored in storage and just wanted it to be cleaned. There were no stains or soil spots. My appointment was for 12/23, and when the technician came he immediately said he couldn’t steam my couch he can only shampoo it for $331. He advised he was giving me a discount off the service but still couldn’t Steam it. DO NOT USE. total scam. They took 11.5 weeks to clean my area rugs after telling me 3 weeks. They also told me they would put them back down, they did not. I had to threaten them to even have the rugs returned. If I wasn't checking in periodically they would not have told me anything. It was very expensive and I got 30$ off for my troubles and then he also asked for a tip
Run from this company. Scam artists all of them. Quoted me @79.00 ended up charging over 700.00 plus gave themselves a tip. I never authorized this amount.
