Very unreliable, unprofessional and extremely dissappointed with this company.
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Was expecting a $99 sofa cleaning service and disclosed over the phone we are not looking to pay ore than the advertised price. Technician comes an hour and a half late & first thing he says is the service is $500. Then he starts negotiating claiming he will do the $500 service for $175 outside of the company. Do NOT USE.....Just like everyone else said it, this is a scam. They are dishonest and try to take advantage of the customer. Came in for a $99 sofa cleaning but that's just for spraying something out of a bottle and doing halfa$$ vacuum. If you want real cleaning, it'll cost ~$300
Completely dishonest and unprofessional. I feel robbed and taken advantage of. Poor work, terrible communication. I ending up have to hire another company to redo everything.
Wish I’d taken the 5 minutes to look this company up. What an absolute scam, I’m shocked that they are even still in business. Bait and switch with the price, did a HORRIBLE job cleaning our sofa, in fact they left new stains that weren’t previously there. The couch was soaking wet for 72 hours which caused a mildew smell and water marks. And then of course they did the same to me that everyone else experienced. I called to get it resolved, told me they had to escalate to a manager and I’d hear back the next day. A week late... read more
