I met Matt Reimers at a show, located at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in February of 2018. I quickly followed up, requesting that he meet me at my residence, to measure an area in my backyard for a patio. I had researched product, and was certain of the type of Belgard patio I wanted. Initial patio work looks very nice and was impressed at first. After a few months the corner of the patio begin to sink dramatically. Back and forth with the owner promising to come out over and over and over again to repair the sunken area. Now can't get ahold of and won't answer phone calls or emails. Take a few days longer than initially told to complete work .Apparently got my money and I don't matter anymore.
