The worst service I've ever had in my entire trucking experience. For 25 minutes of roadside assistance, they charged me $518.00, and to top it all off, the mechanic they sent couldn't fit under my truck. Emily, from customer service, was very cold and unfriendly when it came to providing service. Her motto was, take it or get screwed. Took me in right away
We use the Ft Myers location and they are awesome! Darcie and Emily are super nice and efficient! The shop is great! They are on the ball EVERY time we bring a truck here! It’s rare to have to wait for service and even when we wait on parts it’s much shorter than anywhere else! Oscar has an all star crew for sure!
