Highly recommend taking your vehicle to Certified Truck Fleet! I called and spoke with Oscar to explain the issue I was having with my Truck. He told me to bring it in so a technician could take a quick look. When I arrived, Andrew checked it out, tightened loose bolts, added some oil, and explained what was most likely causing the problem. This really helped me understand the issue so I wouldn't feel blindsided going into a mechanic. Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Again Highly recommend!!!
This place is amazing. Emily and Oscar was very kind and understanding on what I needed done. The mechanic was great. They took great care of my vehicle. There was no grease or dirt anywhere. They kept everything very clean. Got everything done that was needed. The price was very reasonable. Every one there seemed very caring and kind. I would recommend this place to anyone.
The worst service I've ever had in my entire trucking experience. For 25 minutes of roadside assistance, they charged me $518.00, and to top it all off, the mechanic they sent couldn't fit under my truck. Emily, from customer service, was very cold and unfriendly when it came to providing service. Her motto was, take it or get screwed. At the shop, because I had to call a tow truck to take the truck because the mechanic they sent couldn't solve the problem, they charged me an arm and a leg to replace an air brake hose.
